Description

Nemacolin is seeking efficient, courteous, and professional individuals to provide excellent customer service, including transferring incoming calls to the appropriate extensions. The Guest Service Agent will handle information requests, morning wake-up calls, and answer questions about facilities and activities, including directions.

Essential Functions
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Transfer calls to correct extensions.
  • Manage morning wake-up calls and respond to information requests.
  • Respond to reservation inquiries.
  • Provide information on resort outlets, activities, and directions.
  • Direct guest needs to appropriate departments.
  • Screen outgoing calls from the switchboard.
  • Maintain accurate guest messages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability for weekends and holidays.
