Aloft Leawood-Overland Park in Kansas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

You will handle guest requests, promote amenities, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality per MCR guidelines, with a focus on accuracy and friendly service.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle pace and pressure in a busy hotel environment.
• Listening and conflict resolution during guest interactions.
• Strong communication skills and hospitality mindset.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
