Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Service Representative for Martis Valley Lodge in Truckee, CA. The role covers overnight front desk duties and daily revenue auditing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS and hotel front desk operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Overnight shift: 11:00pm–7:00am at front desk.
• Audit daily guest ledger and postings.
• Ensure accuracy of room charges, taxes and fees.
• Handle guest check-in/out and reservations.
• Maintain front desk area for morning operations.
• Monitor security cameras and lobby conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
