Responsibilities

• Register guests efficiently and collect payment; perform credit checks and follow billing instructions.
• Answer inquiries about reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
• Provide warm, anticipatory service to exceed guest needs and expectations.
• Deliver outstanding guest services for all incoming calls and general inquiries.
• Maintain front desk equipment and a par stock of supplies.
• Provide service recovery options to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle wake-up call requests and relay messages as needed.
• Screen calls and requests related to placing and receiving calls.
• Log all requests or issues and communicate with departments.
• Collaborate with associates across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain lobby presence as a welcoming ambassador when not at the desk.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
