Job summary

Responsibilities

• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering to tables promptly.
• Provide hospitable service by going above and beyond for every guest.
• Explain menus and accommodate guest requests.
• Pay close attention to tables to ensure excellent service.
• Deliver the bill and process payments.
• Treat all guests with courtesy and respect.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Assist with hotel and banquet operations as needed.
• Understand and proficiently use the POS system.
