Job summary

Texas Hotel Management is seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Desk Agent with recent Hilton brand experience and proficiency in the Hilton PEP system to deliver a seamless check-in and welcoming service.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will greet and assist with reservations and billing, coordinate with housekeeping, and uphold Hilton standards across every interaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Hilton property experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in the Hilton PEP system is required.
• 1-2 years of front desk or guest service experience in a branded hotel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional appearance and a service-oriented attitude.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Perform check-in and check-out using the Hilton PEP system.
• Manage room assignments, issue key cards, and handle payments accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with a focus on satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
• Maintain records of reservations, room availability, and guest information.
• Handle calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Uphold Hilton brand standards in all guest interactions and operations.
• Assist in resolving billing or reservation discrepancies.
