We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as Guest Services Agents. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression and throughout the guest's stay. Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, providing knowledge about the hotel and local area, and offering a warm welcome to our guests.

Your Role:

1. Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
2. Provide exceptional customer service with genuine interest.
3. Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and check-in procedures.
4. Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
5. Escort guests to their rooms, explaining amenities and fun facts about the hotel.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure personalized guest experiences.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area.
8. Exceed expectations by doing more than just the norm.
