We are seeking passionate individuals who excel in providing excellent customer care!

As a Front Desk Associate, you serve as the hub of hotel activity, managing guest interactions and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will define our guests' stay.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  2. Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
  3. Manage guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
  4. Post guest charges, collect payments, and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  5. Handle guest mail and messages with respect for privacy and professionalism.
  6. Be knowledgeable about the hotel brand, travel programs, and special offers.
  7. Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns.
  8. Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing assistance.
  9. Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures.
