Job summary

Axiom Hotel in San Francisco is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. This full-time role handles check-in/check-out, cash handling, guest services, and concierge tasks to create memorable stays.

The position requires a HS diploma, at least two years in guest service, and comfort with technology and Google Workspace. Pay ranges from $28 to $29 per hour, with opportunity for growth within Modus by PM Hotel Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer/guest service.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious and sincere customer service to all arriving and departing hotel guests and visitors.
• Check-in, check-out, cash handling, and concierge duties per hotel procedures.
• Read and respond to hotel email and coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering.
• Post charges, process payments, and maintain front desk areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
