Axiom Hotel in San Francisco is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team part-time on-site. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and concierge tasks with a focus on warm, efficient service.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in customer service, with comfort using technology and Google Workspace. Excellent communication and the ability to work flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer/guest service experience.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Comfort with technology for daily hotel tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Courteous, friendly and professional approach.
• Able to solve problems and handle variety of situations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious customer service to arriving and departing guests.
• Handle front desk operations: check-in, check-out, reservations, payments.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering; manage luggage and mail.
• Communicate hotel's services and local attractions to guests.
• Maintain cash, credit and gift certificate transactions according to procedures.
• Assist with emergency procedures and safety at all times.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
