Job summary

We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Scottsdale. You will greet guests, check them in/out, answer inquiries, manage reservations, and handle special requests to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience at a resort/hotel is required.
• Customer service or guest service experience in a high-service environment is required.
• Strong guest service experience is expected.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Agyliss/Opera knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer inquiries and assist with reservations.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to arrange services for guests.
• Keep updated on hotel offerings and maintain communication logs.
