• Complete check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and other front desk transactions accurately.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for local golf, dining, and experiences.
• Assist guests with reservations, recommendations, transportation, and concierge-style requests.
• Coordinate details for golf trips and group getaways to run smoothly.
• Respond to questions and concerns, taking ownership through resolution.
• Communicate important guest details with housekeeping and leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and lobby environment.
• Take on additional duties as needed to support the property and guests.
