Formación

• Prior experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred.
• Clear, professional communication in person and over the phone.
• Comfort with property management systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Close eye for detail with payments and reservations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues calmly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately, verifying reservations, payment, and ID.
• Serve as the point of contact throughout the stay, responding to requests promptly and coordinating with other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of guest profiles, reservations, and billing; complete shift checklists and reporting requirements.
• Uphold professional appearance and demeanor; protect guest information and ensure a welcoming desk during high-volume periods.
