As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Have previous experience in a mid-high volume hotel operation

Shift Pattern: This is a full-time position requiring full availability to work varying shifts across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Front Desk Agent, you will assist guests with various tasks related to their visit and provide information about the hotel and local area, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and registering guests with prompt and courteous service
- Checking guests out of the hotel
- Resolving guest challenges during their stay
- Upgrading guests and promoting hotel services and amenities
- Completing registration, coding electronic keys, and assigning rooms based on guest needs
- Promoting and administering marketing programs
- Ensuring guests know their room location and accompanying them if needed
- Providing welcome packets with keys, tokens, gifts, etc.
