Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Agent at the Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Downtown. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide local information, and guide guests from arrival to room, ensuring a memorable first impression.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a customer service role, possesses a valid driver's license, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with weekend and holiday shifts expected.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• A Valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interacts with all guests; the bell person/gst services attendant will welcome each guest to our hotel.
• Open doors for arriving guests and assist with luggage as needed.
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested.
• Escort guests and their luggage to rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Work with fellow attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences.
