Remington Hotels' DoubleTree Orlando Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations. You will post charges accurately, manage daily transactions, and maintain a friendly, efficient service standard in a busy hotel environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong team spirit, be adaptable to varying schedules including nights and weekends, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences at the front

Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome guests, check them in and out of the hotel.
• Post charges accurately for guest transactions.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems for daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks and card information securely and correctly.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts and cancellation/ relocation procedures.
