Job summary

The Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our full-time team in Orlando, FL. You will check guests in and out, process payments, and manage reservations with our front desk software.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly service, handling daily reports, and assisting guests with requests while maintaining security and safety standards in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hotel or front desk experience required.
• 1+ year Marriott FOSSE experience required.
• Flexible schedule including day, night and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in busy periods.
• Stand/walk for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests into the hotel, following security policies and procedures.
• Check guests in and out, post charges to guest accounts and handle changes.
• Process cash and credit transactions, balance banks and complete reports.
• Accept, modify or cancel hotel reservations as requested by guests.
• Use the hotel computer system to manage bookings and prepare daily reports.
• Respond to hotel emergencies following established guidelines.
