Hyatt Centric Old Town Alexandria is seeking a charismatic Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage guest information, issue keys, assign rooms, and respond to inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, team collaboration, and strong communication. Training is provided to develop leadership through our Management Development Program, with opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused TEAM.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but training is available.
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish) are highly desired.
• Flexible schedule for days, weekends, and holidays.
• High energy with effective and influential people skills; positive attitude and motivation towards others.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical or professional language.
• Must be able to valet guest cars when needed.
