Embassy Suites Orlando Sunset Walk in Kissimmee, FL, seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and manage check-ins/check-outs with accuracy. You’ll assist guests with local recommendations, collaborate with other departments, and maintain a polished front desk area.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Ideal candidates have prior front desk or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or guest services experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Cash handling accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel property management software and check-in/out procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and create a positive first impression.
