Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and warmly.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy.
• Process payments accurately in line with policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest stay records in the PMS.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to enhance experience.
• Follow safety protocols and verify guest identification.
