Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems is a plus.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register guests, issue room keys, and assist with inquiries to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
• Answer and transfer calls promptly and politely, delivering high-quality guest service.
• Monitor lobby cleanliness, maintain front desk records, and process reports and invoices.
• Maintain a positive energy and teamwork attitude while delivering service.
• Listen to guest concerns and resolve issues quickly in person or by phone.
