Cedar Creek Lodge in Columbia Falls, Montana is hiring a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, provide local information, and assist guests in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time and year-round with a start date of immediately. Benefits include lodging options nearby and a vibrant work culture at the gateway to Glacier National Park.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• General computer skills and knowledge of common office machines.
• Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS) Opera preferred.
• Basic Sales and Accounting skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instruction accurately.
• Must be team-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Answer questions and provide accurate local information.
• Handle guest problems and resolve complaints to satisfaction.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations; manage group arrivals.
• Process payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Coordinate wake-up calls and manage guest mail; operate PBX.
