Job summary

Xanterra's Cedar Creek Lodge in Columbia Falls, Montana is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team, greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure service standards that create a positive guest experience.

This full-time, year-round role offers $20.35 per hour with a 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm schedule, occasional graveyard shifts, and overtime as needed. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Experience with hotel management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk and breakfast staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Respond to guests' inquiries and requests promptly.
• Monitor front desk operations like check-ins/check-outs and reservations.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
• Train and coach staff and monitor performance.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and cash handling procedures.
