Job summary

Ignite Hotels' LaQuinta Downtown Spokane location is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, manage check-in/check-out, and support front office operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling inquiries, processing reservations and payments, and coordinating with housekeeping to meet guest needs. Must maintain professional conduct and brand standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional communication with a service-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with PMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest questions and requests professionally and promptly.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately.
