Qualifications

• Experience as a Front Desk Agent in hotel or high-volume setting.
• Excellent customer service and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; assist with check-in/check-out and billing using the POS system.
• Provide knowledge of hotel services, local area and promotions; upsell hotel services.
• Handle guest questions, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
