Job summary

Hotel Milo in Santa Barbara invites you to join our Front Desk team. As the face of the hotel, you will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and respond to requests with warmth and efficiency.

You’ll use hotel management software and MS Office to keep reservations organized while collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience. A high school diploma and hospitality mindset are preferred; daily pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
• Answer questions and handle guest requests with warmth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area to reflect a welcoming, organized environment.
