Job summary

Candlewood Suites Auburn is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the face of the hotel, ensuring a seamless, welcoming guest experience. You will manage reservations, assist guests with needs, and support daily hotel operations while delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities include safeguarding privacy, handling cash and deposits, and maintaining public areas. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior front desk experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality front desk operations preferred.
• Ability to operate brand management software and standard office tech.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
