Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.

We are looking for a serious candidate who has aflexible schedule and is committed to providing outstanding guest service. This position requires someone who is punctual, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Position Details:

• Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well independently and as part of a team.
• Hotel experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate front desk cash drawers, room sales, and accurate folio transactions
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
• Issue room key and escort instructions
• Transmit telephone messages
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, local shopping, dining, and entertainment
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
• Make and confirm reservations
• Post charges such as room, sundry items, fax, copy or telephone
• Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations, and arrange for tours
• Deposit guests' valuables in safe deposit box
• Answer telephone calls promptly and politely in accordance with hotel policies
• Restock coffee station as needed
• Restock work area - maintain neat and organized work area
• Deliver supplies to guests as needed
