Ready to be the face of luxury in the heart of Vail? Solaris Residences is seeking a personable Front Desk Agent with a passion for hospitality. In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for our owners and guests, delivering seamless service before, during, and after their stay. Your ability to coordinate requests and create memorable experiences will make you a key player in our high-end mountain escape. Responsibilities Include:

• Answer and return all incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Manage guest and owner check-in and check-out processes
• Ensure billing accuracy and process all transactions efficiently
• Communicate effectively with other departments via radio and phone
• Handle reservation inquiries and availability requests
• Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and realtors as needed

Position Details

Location: Solaris Residences - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $24/hr, reservation commissions are possible

Schedule: 7am-3pm, 10am-5pm, or 3pm-11pm, 5 days/week

Posting Closing Date: 5/30/2025 (or when filled)

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least one year of hospitality or similar experience. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is essential, as are basic math and writing skills to support accurate transactions and effective communication.
