Duties Include
  • Maintaining and promoting guest hospitality at all times.
  • Ensuring the Front Desk is organized for smooth check-in and check-out.
  • Maintaining guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Managing pre-registration and room assignments.
  • Verifying check-outs and ensuring accuracy of all folios and room changes.
  • Passing on relevant information to the next shift.
  • Knowing current promotions and programs affecting guests.
  • Maintaining personal hygiene and proper uniform.
  • Notifying management of VIP guests or special attention needs.
  • Carrying out reasonable requests by management.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Front Office and Reservations procedures.
  • Proficiency with Reservations, Switchboard, and Guest Inventory systems.
  • Understanding of hotel operations affecting the department.
  • Good presentation and training skills.
  • Ability to use standard hotel software applications.
  • Knowledge of safety standards.

  • Cashiering and negotiation skills.
  • Effective organizational and change management skills.
