At St. James Place in Beaver Creek, we’re looking for enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to be the welcoming face and problem-solving expert for our guests. From seamless check-ins to going above and beyond with special requests, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting memorable stays. What You’ll Do
  1. Welcome guests and owners with warmth, professionalism, and prompt attention to their needs.
  2. Efficiently handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and care.
  3. Manage incoming calls, offering clear, helpful information or routing as necessary.
  4. Maintain up-to-date reservations and communications with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the front desk operates smoothly.

Details At a Glance
  • Location: St. James Place, Beaver Creek, CO
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Employment Type: Full-Time Seasonal
  • Pay: $21-$23/hour
  • Schedule: AM shift (7 AM-11 AM) and PM shift (3 PM-11 PM). Weekend and holiday availability required.
  • Posting Close Date: 6/7/2025 (or until filled)
