Job summary

Snowmass Mountain Lodging in Snowmass Village, CO is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. You’ll warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate concierge support to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates have hospitality-minded approach, good communication, and basic computer skills. This is an on-site, full-time role with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest services experience is helpful.
• Strong hospitality mindset and positive guest relations.
• Clear communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
• Basic computer skills including Word, Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners, ensuring smooth arrivals/departures and concierge support.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and pre-arrival communication.
• Address maintenance and housekeeping requests, conduct inspections several times daily.
• Sort and deliver packages, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
• Assist with arrival/departure inspections and other duties as needed.
• Assist with package/luggage delivery up to 100lbs.

About the Role

Snowmass Mountain Lodging, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

• • Job Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Snowmass Village, CO
  • Pay Rate: $25.00 Hourly
  • Schedule: Flexible Schedule, some nights, weekends, and holidays required
  • Employment Status:
  • Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do
