Job summary

ARK is seeking a Front Desk Agent who serves as the first point of contact and first impression for guests. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment processing with accuracy while reflecting the hotel's vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.
• Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings.
• Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, and directions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest concerns promptly.
• Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the next shift.

Job description

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our hotel’s vision, mission, and core values.

Compensation:

$18.50 - $19 hourly

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
