Job summary

ARK is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact and impression for guests, handling check-ins, inquiries, and registrations with a guest-focused approach.

The role involves multitasking across calls, reservations, and guest services, ensuring a smooth stay and accurate information delivery. Customer service experience is valued and training provided.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift.
• Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
• Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process
• Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups
• Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions

Job description

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our hotel’s vision, mission, and core values.

Compensation

$16 - $17 yearly
