Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate who thrives independently, communicates clearly, and greets residents and guests warmly. You’ll coordinate deliveries, manage access, and support property operations with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operations and service by communicating with team, management, and residents/guests
  • Receive and sign for deliveries and coordinate with residents
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters
  • Remind residents of rules established by property management
  • Follow procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries
  • Maintain a neat uniform and professional appearance
  • Enjoy interacting with residents and guests

Job description

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $17.00 per hour.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

  • You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
  • Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
  • Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
  • Enjoy interacting with the residents.
