Holiday Inn Nashville Stadium is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and assist with check-in and check-out using hotel software.
You will handle payments, resolve basic guest requests, and provide accurate information to ensure a smooth, pleasant experience. The role requires professional communication, a friendly attitude, and physical movement as needed.

You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement, standing and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
