Courtyard Memphis Southaven is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and set the tone for their stay. Your warmth and helpful nature influence the guest experience and the brand.

You'll welcome guests in person and over the phone, assisting with check-in and check-out while handling cash and card transactions accurately. Fluent English is required, and you should be comfortable using a computer and different software to manage guest requests and provide outstanding service.

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll have many opportunities to brighten someone’s day.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

Fundamentals

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement, standing and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
