Job summary

The Inn at Montchanin Village & Spa is seeking Front Desk Agents to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and room assignments, and provide local recommendations in the Brandywine Valley.

Ideal candidates are hospitable, organized, and have strong communication. Previous front desk experience is preferred but not required; weekend/holiday shifts may be required to support a boutique property.

Be the welcoming face of one of the Brandywine Valley's most distinctive hotels.

The Inn at Montchanin Village & Spa is looking for friendly, enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. Set within a beautifully preserved historic village, our 28-room boutique inn offers a unique guest experience where personalized service, thoughtful details, and genuine hospitality make all the difference.

We're looking for people who are warm, polished, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping others. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience-welcoming visitors, helping them discover everything our property and the Brandywine Valley have to offer, and making sure every stay feels special.

What You'll Do
