Job summary

Inn at Montchanin Village & Spa in Delaware is seeking a dependable Houseman to join our hospitality team. This hands-on role combines guest assistance, evening turndown service, housekeeping support, and maintaining the property's distinctive historic appearance.

You will assist guests, deliver towels and amenities, and help keep public areas and rooms ready for guests. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required; previous hotel experience is helpful but not required.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Help maintain the exceptional appearance and welcoming atmosphere of our historic property.

Help create an exceptional guest experience at one of the Brandywine Valley's most distinctive hotels.

The Inn at Montchanin Village & Spa is looking for a dependable, energetic Houseman to join our hospitality team. Set within a beautifully preserved historic village, our 28-room boutique inn offers a unique guest experience where personalized service, thoughtful details, and genuine hospitality make all the difference.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping guests, and is always willing to lend a hand. This is a hands-on, active position that combines guest assistance, evening turndown service, housekeeping support, and maintaining the beautiful appearance of our property.

What You'll Do
