Daily Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will greet and register guests, check them out, and ensure outstanding guest service and profitability. Tasks include inputting and retrieving guest information, confirming details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, assisting with check-out, handling payments, processing credit/debit cards, converting foreign currency, and managing gift certificates.

You will demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area insights. Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services, respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and handle guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

You have prior experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a high-volume customer service role. You are passionate about delivering excellent guest service, ensuring satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, is important. You possess strong computer skills and a team-oriented attitude.
