About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Residence Inn in Malvern, PA. This position includes 3-5 evening shifts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally. Your main goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Fluency in a second language
  • Experience with hotel management software
