Overview

Assist guests with arrival and departure, ensuring positive experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
  2. Complete registration via computer system, assign rooms, and prepare welcome materials.
  3. Verify credit cards, handle payments, and manage guest accounts.
  4. Answer phones professionally, relay messages, and assist with mail and packages.
  5. Handle check-out process, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues.
  6. Address guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions.
  7. Remain calm during emergencies and busy periods, following safety protocols.
  8. Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  2. Hotel experience is a plus.
  3. Proficiency with calculators and computer systems.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Ability to stand for long periods and observe safety signals.
  6. Effective at establishing working relationships with staff and guests.
