As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive first impression of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Provide information about company services and respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Support other departments as needed

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**
