As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed
  • Ensure security protocols are followed at all times
  • Support administrative staff with basic office tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
