Job description

Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Join our team at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC as a Front Desk Agent.

Location

Hampton Inn by Hilton-Coventry/Warwick Area, 850 Centre of New England Blvd, Coventry, RI 02816. Conveniently located near I-95, restaurants, T.F. Green Airport, and downtown Providence. Our hotel features 124 guest rooms and offers a complimentary hot breakfast.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest belongings securely.
  • Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities, responding promptly to requests.
  • Take reservations via phone, inputting and updating information in the hotel management system.
Schedule

Morning shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM; Evening shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM. Weekend availability required.
