We are currently looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Holyoke, located at 375 Whitney Avenue, Holyoke, MA 01040.
Our hotel features 114 suites with full kitchens, ideal for extended stays. Conveniently situated near I-90, Holyoke Mall, The Big E, Six Flags New England, and several colleges, it offers a great place for guests to stay and for staff to work. Buffalo Lodging Associates, an award-winning hotel management company, owns and manages this property.
The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, delivering superior guest service. Responsibilities include:
Typical Schedule: Morning shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, with weekend availability required.
