Job description

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Holyoke, located at 375 Whitney Avenue, Holyoke, MA 01040.

Our hotel features 114 suites with full kitchens, ideal for extended stays. Conveniently situated near I-90, Holyoke Mall, The Big E, Six Flags New England, and several colleges, it offers a great place for guests to stay and for staff to work. Buffalo Lodging Associates, an award-winning hotel management company, owns and manages this property.

The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, delivering superior guest service. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures using the property management system, while securing pertinent information.
  • Handling cash, credit card transactions, and property goods.
  • Assessing guest needs and providing information about hotel services and amenities, responding promptly to requests.
  • Taking reservations via phone, entering data into the system, and updating or canceling reservations as needed.

Typical Schedule: Morning shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, with weekend availability required.
