Responsibilities

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for daily operations and overseeing all front desk functions. Responsibilities include handling guest questions, problems, concerns, and needs related to lodging or food and beverage, as well as High Hampton itself.

Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guests' requests and needs
  • Understand Opera functions
  • Resolve billing questions and concerns
  • Assist with reservations and check-ins/check-outs
  • Maintain inventory and a clean work area
  • Review daily reports and guest profiles for accuracy
  • Assist with booking activities and ensure correct charges
  • Understand Point-of-Sale operations
  • Support group needs with BEOs and related tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of hospitality or customer service experience
Skills
  • Basic MS Office skills; experience with OPERA preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math and accounting understanding
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, operate a vehicle, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Work Environment

Office/front desk area and extensive outdoor property
