Job Summary: Front Desk Agents are responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the front desk. They serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, and responding to guest inquiries. Ensuring smooth front desk operations and maintaining guest satisfaction are key responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly role offering competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off, and hotel discounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests warmly
  • Efficiently checking guests in and out
  • Handling cash and credit transactions
  • Answering calls and assisting guests
  • Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Keeping the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
  • Promoting a positive hotel image
  • Addressing guest complaints promptly
  • Adhering to hotel policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments for seamless service
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in customer service within hotel or restaurant settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of local area and attractions
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
