Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Branson, MO is seeking a Guest Services Agent to assist Owners/guests with villa check-in, amenities overview, and local activities to create memorable vacations.

You will respond to questions, coordinate with other departments, and help ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to company standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into their villas for their stay and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Responds to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas).
• Follows up with Owners/guests to ensure requests or problems are met to their satisfaction.
• Answers telephone calls and routes them to the proper department.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility.
• Welcomes guests, anticipates needs, interacts professionally, and supports team goals.
