Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain villa cleanliness and guest comfort at MVW properties. You will clean kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms, restock amenities, and report room status to supervisors.

The role supports team goals and upholds safety procedures while providing friendly guest interactions. Applicants should be available for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the entirety of villas (kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms) according to standards.
• Completes assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Replaces guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items.
• Reports room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Fills the Housekeeping cart with supplies/chemicals, transports and returns it at shift end.
• Follows company policies and safety procedures; reports maintenance problems and hazards.
• Welcomes guests and anticipates their needs; interacts professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Contributes to team goals.
